My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were not only spotless each day, but also had extra touches like replenishing bottled water and leaving occasional treats, which made coming back each day something to look forward to. The housekeeping service was tremendous. Although the food was nice, it was a bit on the expensive side for the extras they offered.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The service was exceptional, particularly from Mairelis, Michener, Jonathan, Adon, and Lenny who made my experience truly wonderful. The location was very convenient for exploring Santo Domingo, albeit lacking surrounding seating options. Dining offered a pleasant experience with a variety of options in the Club Lounge. A few minor drawbacks affected my stay, but the positives outweighed them.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the quiet garden room suitable for my service dog's quick morning outings. The continuous running noise was a slight downside, but the room size was satisfactory.

Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although located in a building far from the main one and without an elevator, were very nice without being ridiculously opulent. They were spacious, giving a feeling of having a suite to yourself. The service was excellent, especially from the front desk staff who went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The location, close to the colonial zone, was massive and well maintained, but could use more seating for guests. The dining options saved the day a few times, and the facilities were up to standard.
